Junior: 15+ years old

The junior program is planned to emphasise training, technique and competition. The training sessions will focus on:

-          Sport-specific training

-          Advanced bike skills

-          Advanced running technique

-          Commitment to training on a regular basis

The athletes will receive a weekly training plan through Training Peaks. The plans are individually prepared in accordance to the fitness level and specific goals of each athlete.

The swim training is done at the Noosa Aquatic Centre through the platinum and junior squad program.

The bike and run training locations are announced with the weekly training plan. (Normally these sessions are at the Giraween Sports Complex or meeting at the Noosa Aquatic Centre). The coach delivers on-site the majority of the training sessions.
