Our mission is to use triathlon as a tool for both physical and mental health improvement, as well as further talent identification and development for reaching full potential at a competitive level.

The training program supports three key values that are not only important in life, but also fundamental to kids and teenagers mental and physical development:

 

  •  Discipline (practice of training people to follow rules or a code of behaviour);

  • Consistency (the quality of achieving a level of performance which does not vary greatly in quality over time);

  • Commitment (the quality of being dedicated to an activity).
